Here below we offer you a look at our work for these children to get them educated to be self sufficient.
Below are the details of the Children. The School has been started with these children with only Two Teachers at Jonnada Village in the Church Place.
This week this has been started and we have great burden in running this. As this is a big work, we have started collecting donations and we are positive that we can run this School with the help of God. We have distributed Slates to the Children.
Our concern is to run this for a long time and we are seeking support. There are still 50-60 more children who are there, but it is not possible to maintain all of them with only 2 teachers and moreover the Church Room is not spacious.
Only 35 students can be accommodated properly.
Their Parents are uneducated and they will send those children for Labor just for the sake of money.
Some are not in agreement to send their children to School because if they send them to school they may not able to send them for work for money.
Our further plans are to expand the School by joining 60 more children by July 08 with 5 Teachers so that we can take special care and provide better education for all of them. And to get recognized form the Government and to start a full fledged School.
The Monthly expenditure will be (2 Teachers – 6000/-, 1 Aya – 1500, Stationary & other expensives – 5000 (Books + Pens + Mid day Snacks). This is temporary. We won’t collect any money from the Parents.
If we start the School in June and if we can get the Reorganization from Government, then the plan will change.
So please do remember in your personal prayers, family prayers and in the Church prayers and also tell this to your friends. As I said above some are not ready to send their children to School because of the money. So please Pray for their parents also to change their mind and send them to School
